YOUR TREATMENT COORDINATORS

Our treatment coordinators Jessica, Amber and Gali work closely with Dr Shimato to ensure that our patients understand each part of the treatment process. Once your treatment plan is designed by Dr Shimanto, our treatment coordinators meet with you to help you understand the orthodontic diagnosis, appliance and treatment that has been prescribed for you your child. Our treatment coordinators have worked with Dr Shimanto for years on even his most complex cases to ensure that patients are completely informed of earch aspect of the process.

Your treatment coordinator has a detailed knowledge of your individual treatment plan and is available to answer any questions you may have at any stage during the orthodontic treatment – whether this relates to your appointments, treatment or general enquiries – don’t hestate to touch base with them. Our treatment coordinators share many years’ experience in both clinical assisting and treatment coordinating between them and are very knowledgeable in all aspects of orthodontic care and procedures.
