Norwest Specialist Orthodontist – excellence recognised by Australasian Orthodontic Board

Norwest Orthodontics’ Specialist Orthodontist, Dr. Shimanto Purkayastha, has proudly achieved Australian Orthodontic Board Certification recognising his commitment to clinical excellence in Orthodontics.
Dr Purkayastha is the only Australasian Orthodontic Board Certified Specialist Orthodontist in the Norwest area.
To achieve board certification a doctor must not only already be a Registered Specialist Orthodontist but also needs to have treated cases assessed by the Australasian Orthodontic Board. The cases must be nominated before starting treatment and the end results are then independently assessed.
Achieving Board Certification is a result of Dr Purkayastha’s commitment to excellence and ongoing education to ensure Norwest Orthodontics’ patients are being treated with the latest up to date techniques and technologies.
